Mazie was not doing well with her lease training and simple commands until we took her to Jeff. Mazie is doing much better at following on her lease and commands. We are very pleased. Sandra

We were very comfortable having Jeff train Sammi, as he was not only calm and assertive but also kind and loving during the process. It is clear that he truly cares about the well-being of his canine clients. Jeff was very responsive to us while Sammi was at Blue Bridge and even sent us a video showing her progress after she learned all her commands. He has also been available to answer any questions since we brought Sammi home and provided us with a notebook of instructions for ongoing reference. We were amazed with the results we saw. Teddy went from never checking-in or listening to anyone, to constantly checking in to see what to do next. We were scared that he would only listen to Jeff, and not to us. However, he has been listening to our commands and checking-in with us non-stop. Teddy's training fixed behavioral issues, Jeff didn't even address, just by listening to us. Not only are we happier dog parents, but we can tell that he is a happier dog. Having two young children, and being a family who loves to play outdoors and go hiking, it was important for us to have Addie learn to be calm and gentle on the leash and not roam away from our family during playtime or hikes. After two weeks with Jeff, on her first day home, she sat calmly by my side while the children carved pumpkins for Halloween and played with the boys in the front yard, never straying more than a few feet from her Humans! She now waits patiently at entrances and exits, a welcome change from when she used to bolt out any open door. Not only did Jeff return Addie to us with great manners, but now she clearly understands the expectations we have for her behavior, and seems happy and very eager to please us and show off everything she learned. In addition to excellent training services, Blue Bridge Dog Training's boarding facilities are top notch, beautiful, and meticulously clean. We could not be more pleased and satisfied with the level of training our dog, Molly was taught. Molly's behavior before Blue Bridge Dog Training was hyper, non-attentive, disobedient and quite irritating when around other people. I was searching for a trainer with whom my dog & I could both be successful. I found that and more with Blue Bridge Dog Training. Jeff was patient with both of us as we learned new commands. The facility is clean, comfortable and conducive to learning. I chose private lessons. Those lessons were every day and gave me both the opportunity and responsibility to work with each new command before the next training session. A review each day gave the dog & me reinforcement. I was very impressed with the amount of time and training given to our dog Max. He is continuing to learn now that he is back home in his own environment. Jeff was very firm but gentle with Max and also patient with us as he reviewed what we would need to continue to enforce with Max. Can't believe the dramatic difference in Tucker in just a few days! I actually feel confident to take him on a walk now without fear of being pulled or unable to get him to listen. Loved the fact that I either got pictures or a video during his time away, it made it a lot easier while he was gone. I also felt like Tucker had been treated very well and loved during his stay. We are so pleased! We are so impressed with what Ginger has learned, and how quickly she picked up these skills. We were so nervous about leaving her for 21 days, but everything turned out fine! We received tons of updates on Ginger's progress, as well as some videos to demonstrate exactly what she has been doing during her training. There was so much detail with everything!! Jeff was fantastic! Ginger was hesitant at first (she is pretty timid) but by the end of it, I think she was sad to leave! He became one of her best buds! Katie

We were amazed at the progress Molly made in just couple of weeks of training with Jeff. Prior to training I could not walk her because of her pulling and dragging me along. When she returned, she seemed so proud of herself as she walked with her head held high along side me. My dog Bella is a very smart but stubborn German shepherd. Very strong willed and always testing her boundaries. She would not listen with any kind of distraction. After adding a new puppy to the family she became very aggressive and territorial. I began to look online at several different dog trainers in the area. Some never replied, couldn't help, or were just plain unfriendly. Jeff took the time to meet me, was very friendly, and cared about what he was doing. We decided that Bella needed some obedience training to listen and respond better and know who was in charge and maybe that would help her temperament towards her new brother. We sent her to board and train with Jeff and now she is a new dog. I am absolutely AMAZED!! She has so much more respect now and it has improved her quality of life getting to go more places with me and behave wherever she is. It has truly been a life changing experience for our family and I would highly recommend it to anyone from minor to major dog issues. So worth it!! We are so grateful.
